The CHASTE collect
Beloved God
lover of all humanity
you called us to live
together in honesty, dignity and freedom.
We pray that in our relationships
with our bodies and the bodies of others
we remember
we were bought by your blood.
Provoke us by the power of your justice
to liberate all who are trafficked today
So that your kingdom may arise
and chains be broken
In the name of God, our Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer
Amen

CHASTE Eucharistic Prayer for EASTER
The Lord has called our name
His Spirit is with us
Lift up your hearts
We lift them to the Lord
Gentle and creative word,
the desire of our heart.
We come to your table to seek your grace
to offer our thanks and praise
because loving us before we understood love
you became bruised for us.
Forgiving our weakness
your kingship breaks into the world
so that on Easter morning
we know the touch of the anointed one
and we are named resurrection people
Therefore with Mary who knelt at your feet
and broke open her precious perfume
to anoint you as messiah
with all who seek you
with those who weep costly tears
who stretch their hand to anoint the broken
who come to your table for healing
and find that they are remembered
with all your saints who made themselves vulnerable
we praise you saying
Holy, holy, holy Lord
God of welcome and touch
heaven and earth are full of your glory.
Hosanna in the highest.
Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord.
Hosanna in the highest.
Blessed is Jesus Christ, our Lord
Who let himself be found
and bids us welcome to his table
Who saves us with freely offered forgiveness
and accepts those rejected by the world.
Amen. Lord, call us by name,
that we may announce
that you have broken the power of sin.
Jesus offered his love for sinners
opening wide his arms on the cross
He set us free to be anointed with him
To proclaim that our weeping will end.
Amen. Lord, call us by name,
that we may announce
that you have broken death.
On the night that he offered himself
he sat at table with his friends
took bread, gave thanks, broke it, and said
‘This is my body, which is for you.
Do this to remember me.’
In the same way also the cup, after supper, saying:
‘This cup is the new covenant made in my blood.
Do this as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.’
Amen. Lord, call us by name,
that we may announce
you as messiah.
So we remember all that Jesus did for Mary.
We proclaim your new fellowship
that by your sacrifice and forgiveness you have saved us
and that we too are called to announce new beginnings.
Come then Holy Spirit
pour out your priceless oil of gladness and love
on us and our gifts of bread and wine
That we too may recognise the face of the Lord.
Amen. Come Holy Spirit
The service continues with the Lord’s prayer.
